- Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified after checkout!

- We will only accept one coupon code per order.

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It MUST also be in the original packaging.
Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT or AMOUNT BACK TO CARD
- Holiday Sale, Sale Items (including: Super Deals, Flash Sales, Clearance, and Items with Discounts of 25% or more) are not eligible for returns.
- Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/store credit or refund.
- If you are approved, then store credit will be applied to your account or given in form of a coupon code/gift card.
EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and the address to return the product.
- We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)
- RMA number
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Defects or Problems With Your Order
- • If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our warehouse within 15 to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email to email@example.com.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
- Standard Shipping within the continental United States is what we offer to customers free of charge. If customer wish to get expedited shipping customer can choose that option at checkout.
- We do offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
- Standard shipping orders take 2 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse. On an average some orders take up to 5-7 business days to arrive due to mass amount of orders we receive.
- Inverdale is NOT responsible for: Delays with carriers. Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The carrier will be responsible once we ship the packages.
- We do not ship to PO Box
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
- All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted. as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Shipping time aren't guaranteed as they are an estimate.
